Responsibilities

  • Support the theatre’s administrative staff with daily operations.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts.
  • Run errands including returns and/or deliveries.
  • Maintain records and databases for memberships and donations.
  • Provide general office support, including filing and data entry.
