About The Position

This position is for students registered in a full-time program who are domestic fee-paying students and demonstrate financial need through OSAP or out-of-province financial aid. The incumbent will assist the General Merchandise Buyer with database maintenance and updates for the Retail Services website, including updating content images and product descriptions. They will also work with the Retail Services team to develop, write, and edit operational process manuals and assist with the weekly replenishment of supplies for the Ottawa campus printer fleet.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience.
  • Must be eligible for CSEP.
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time program.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident, or a Protected Person/Convention Refugee.
  • Must demonstrate a financial need by successfully applying for OSAP or out-of-province financial aid funding.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Merchandise Buyer with database maintenance updates for the Retail Services website.
  • Update content images and product descriptions on the Campus Store website.
  • Work with the Retail Services team to develop, write, and edit current operational process manuals.
  • Assist with weekly replenishment of supplies across the Ottawa campus printer fleet during the summer period.
