About The Position

The Student-Tutor position works in the Academic Link to provide academic support to their SU undergraduate peers. Primary responsibilities include meeting with students in one-on-one or small group settings and participating in tutor training workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic assistance to students with subject-specific problems and questions.
• Assist students in developing stronger study and organizational skills.
• Help students to access additional resources or services when appropriate.
• Attend scheduled tutor training workshops (dates TBA each semester).
• Maintain confidentiality of student, department, and University.
