Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for educational equity and community empowerment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of our STEAM and Literacy programs.
Engage with parents, educators, and community members to promote our programs, gather feedback, and strengthen partnerships. This includes attending community meetings and assisting with volunteer coordination.
Provide support in data entry, maintaining participant and donor databases, drafting correspondence, and other administrative duties as needed.
Assist in developing content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication materials to raise awareness about our initiatives and impact.
