About The Position

The Admission Office is seeking a limited number of current students and graduating seniors to work as tour guides over the summer. This is a great opportunity to represent the school, connect with prospective families, and gain professional experience. The anticipated time commitment is from June 1, 2026 to August 28, 2026; Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with some days varying. The minimum age to be employed at Phillips Academy is 16. This position does not offer housing.

Requirements

  • Andover student, current or recently graduate
  • Minimum age of 16
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful CORI/SORI and fingerprinting background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Tour guide experience is a plus, please include in your application
  • Availability over the course of the summer to work
  • Supports the inclusive and diverse nature of the community

Responsibilities

  • Welcome families and complete information sessions
  • Giving in person and virtual tours to prospective families
  • Working with Admission Staff to complete special projects
  • Corresponding with Prospective students and families
  • Other duties as needed
