About The Position

At Technology Resources (TRecs), our goal is to provide our clients with information technology that enables the units to better serve the campus. Our objective is to provide secure, reliable, and responsive IT systems, solutions, and support. This position is open exclusively to The University of Texas at Austin students. Your skills will make a difference. Provide entry-level desktop support and IT services to faculty, staff, and students in a diverse academic and administrative environment. Assist with the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of university-owned computers, software, mobile devices, and related technology services while delivering excellent customer service and gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.

Requirements

• Must be a current University of Texas at Austin student.
• Moderate experience dealing with computer hardware and systems
• Attention to detail in following a process and documenting inventory
• Dependability in attendance
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

• CS or related major
• Advanced experience dealing with computer hardware and systems
• Driving Required
