About The Position
This position is for an AY2627 Student Tech Assistant in Classroom Technology, and requires work-study eligibility. The role involves the day-to-day operation of the Office of Classroom Technologies (OCT). Responsibilities include providing first-tier technical support and assistance to users of AV technology in classrooms via phone and in-person. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for scoring Scantron exams and providing the resulting reports to faculty.
