Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a teacher education program required
• Completion of relevant coursework in pedagogy, child development, and curriculum design required

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons alongside your mentor teacher
• Instruct students in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings
• Assess student learning and adapt instruction for diverse needs
• Reflect on teaching practices and participate in feedback sessions
• Support classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Supports the day-to-day operations for contingent workers; tracks, organizes, and manages contingent workers, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely communication with hiring managers and external partners, prior to assignment.
• Coordinates all recurring compliance for contingent workers.
• Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.
