BASIS Phoenix is seeking a Student Support Specialist to join their team for the 2026/2027 school year. This role is pivotal in leading efforts to build and maintain a strong, positive, achievement-oriented school culture. The Student Support Specialist will manage the behavior programs for the school and serve as a model for establishing strong, mutually respectful relationships with students and families. This position requires a visible presence throughout all areas of the school and holds responsibility for all issues related to the well-being of students during their time at the school.
