About The Position

Paraprofessional – Catholic Central High School – Grand Rapids, MI Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year Help lead our students to be bold, excellent, and holy. Responsibilities

• Provide academic and classroom support to students receiving Student Support Services accommodations
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and support staff to implement student support plans
• Assist students with organization, task completion, study strategies, and classroom engagement
• Help foster an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment
• Support students both academically and socially throughout the school day
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the Student Support Services team
• Assist with testing accommodations and other individualized student supports
• Build positive relationships with students while encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
• Contribute to the broader school community through collaboration and active involvement
