About The Position

Join our Vancouver Campus (located in Langley) as a Student Support Leader. You’ll play a key role in leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of behaviour support across the campus, while also contributing to academic intervention programming.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB OR BST certification
  • Eligibility to work in Canada; compliance with all applicable provincial requirements for behaviour analysts in British Columbia.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans in an educational or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention methodologies.
  • Experience training and coaching paraprofessionals or support staff.
  • Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and analysis.
  • Valid criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector) – or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a K–12 school environment.
  • Background in academic intervention (literacy and/or numeracy).
  • Familiarity with Social Emotional Learning frameworks and executive functioning programmes.
  • Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, including students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
