Madison College’s School of Academic Advancement is seeking a Student Support Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students for the High School Completion program, guiding them through the intake and orientation process, and connecting them to essential college resources. The Student Support Coordinator role is responsible for delivering responsive and inclusive services, student-centered support, maintaining accurate scheduling services, and participating in outreach efforts that encourage student engagement and retention. Offering accessible and coordinated assistance, this position plays a critical role in helping students navigate key transition points in their academic journey, particularly those working toward high school completion.
