St. Martha School in Okemos is accepting applications for Student Support Advocate. This position reports to the principal and is part-time, not to exceed 20 hours per week. GENERAL SUMMARY: At St. Martha Catholic School, we believe every child is uniquely created in the image and likeness of God, with gifts and talents that are meant to be nurtured, celebrated, and shared. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and relationship-centered Student Support Advocate who is passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually while fostering a culture rooted in faith, virtue, belonging, and well-being. The Student Support Advocate will serve students in Grades K–8 by providing proactive social-emotional learning opportunities, coordinating student support services, collaborating with teachers and families, and helping create an inclusive school environment where every student feels known, valued, and supported. This role will partner with faculty to strengthen school-wide initiatives focused on student wellness, virtue formation, positive relationships, and early intervention to ensure all students have the resources they need to flourish.
