As the Student Success Coordinator at Winder CNA Training, you play an essential role in supporting students’ academic journeys and fostering their success. Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Guide students through course requirements, expectations, and resources to help them succeed.
  • Monitor students’ progress throughout their training and offer encouragement and assistance as needed.
  • Assist instructors in managing classroom materials and setting up course activities to ensure efficient operation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for students during hands-on skill sessions, addressing any questions related to training materials and coursework.
  • Accurately record student attendance and maintain an up-to-date record of each student’s progress.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and standards in all documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with students to keep them informed of deadlines, requirements, and course updates.
  • Liaise between instructors and students, coordinating schedules and resources effectively.
  • Address student inquiries and issues through multiple channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare classrooms and materials for daily classes and ensure that all required resources are available and in good condition.
  • Support instructors in setting up equipment for training sessions, maintaining cleanliness, and managing supplies.
  • Collect and organize feedback from students on their training experience and relay insights to instructors and program leaders.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress, challenges, and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management to support the program’s overall success and growth.
