About the role We are looking for empathetic and positive individuals to join us as Student Success Coaches. This online role focuses on student wellbeing, motivation, and goal-setting, supporting young people not only with their studies but also with their personal growth. As a Student Success Coach, you will help students overcome academic stress, improve focus, and develop strong organisation and study skills through flexible online sessions.

- No formal coaching experience required.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Interest in student wellbeing and personal development.
- Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.
