The Student Success Coach serves as a mentor to students participating in the program and meets with students on a regular basis. Responsibilities include development and implementation of a college preparatory and student retention program; as well as, implementing and managing accountability standards for student services to ensure a successful college transition for students enrolled in the program. This is a temporary grant funded position through August 31 year 2026 contingent upon grantor funding and grant extensions. This grant position will be eligible for participation in the Florida Retirement System (FRS) after 6 consecutive months of continuous employment.
