About The Position

McGregor Gardens offers a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) class at no cost to participants, allowing them to become certified and begin their healthcare careers. They are seeking compassionate and kind individuals for a paid three-week training course to join their team. Participants will earn $11.50/hour during the training, $15.50/hour after training until passing the STNA test, and $17.50/hour with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts after STNA certification.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and physical.
• Commitment for one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid (3) weeks training course to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
• Work for one year of employment at McGregor Gardens in return for the cost of the class and first test being covered.
• Take the state licensing exam upon completion of the class.
