To provide assessment and assist individuals desiring to improve their opportunities in the workforce. To provide student services as it relates to student assessment products including but not limited to NCCER, ASE, CPAS, CompTIA, CIW, and NCRC-WorkKeys as well as assist students with workforce preparation. Provide assistance to career and technical education students in the following student service areas at the Utica Campus: counseling, admissions, and testing. Assist in CTE reporting and documentation. Have proficiency in administration and interpretation of basic skills and credentialing assessment instruments.
