About The Position
Provides support to Research staff in the completion of general laboratory experiments or clinical studies and overall operations activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED Enrolled in Required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others
- Good attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with Microsoft Office applications desirable
Responsibilities
- All activities and tasks are targeted and performed under direct supervision.
- May sterilize & clean glassware and dispose of non-hazardous specimens, media & other materials.
- Performs routine tasks that requires minimum familiarity with fundamental techniques & equipment.
- Records & checks results for completeness & accuracy.
- Maintains a log of work performed.
- Attends seminars & lab meetings for the purpose of expanding their knowledge of research & laboratory techniques.
