About The Position

The Student Research Assistant position will work under the direct supervision of the laboratory manager to assist in supporting clinical trials focusing on cancer. Responsibilities and duties may include: assisting with tube preparation and specimen processing; research study data entry and copying records for monitor visits; housekeeping duties such as restocking lab supplies, discarding study kits and de-icing freezers; assisting in other study-related activities as required. Work schedules are flexible and change according to student’s class schedule each semester.

Requirements

• Student must be enrolled in a degree-granting program at OSU
• Requires successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Performing administrative duties in an office
