You will engage prospective students across multiple channels, provide clear and accurate information about programme offerings, and contribute to growing student numbers through effective consultative sales practices. Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments with a minimum of three years in a dedicated sales role
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
- Resilience, persistence, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
- Support prospective students by guiding them through each stage of the application and enrolment process
- Engage with leads through phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
- Use CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional, and supportive communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners
- Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options
- Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and effective consultative selling
- Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across CRM platforms
- Participate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Encourage student referrals to support overall enrolment growth
