Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • The ability to learn and work within admissions databases and CRM tools.
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Experience in higher education.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, problem solve, and work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environment to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students, including but not limited to: Through outbound calling, completing calls in accordance with established scripts and policies. By responding to all new student inquiries quickly and by maintaining consistent communication with the prospect. By engaging with prospective students through the web chat platform.
  • Qualify prospective students and successfully transfer them to an Admissions Representative
  • Maintenance of records and effective communication, including but not limited to. Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management, proper documentation, logging of calls and activities, and a purposeful contact strategy.
  • Positively and professionally represent the university through telephone-based, virtual, and in-person meetings and events.
  • Maintain communication with all admissions staff and or other departments within the university.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
