With over 10 years in the business, our client has built a reputation for exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Due to continued growth, they are expanding and are seeking a Property Manager to join their team. As a Student Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client’s property portfolio and ensuring high levels of service for student tenants. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in property no previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. If you’re organised, communicative, and passionate about property, this could be the perfect fit.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine interest in the property sector
- Full, clean driver’s license and own vehicle
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Nice To Haves
- No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of student properties
- Conduct property check-ins and check-outs
- Complete out-of-office inspections
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs
- Respond to and manage tenant inquiries and requests efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and report any property maintenance issues
- Process tenancy renewals and lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with all property and health & safety regulations
