Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Student Produce Clerk (After School, Weekends, & Holidays) at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Requirements

Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and proud of the work that you do.
Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.
Strongly service-oriented, motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Able to fulfill physical job requirements, including regular lifting of 25-50lbs, walking, and standing for an entire shift.
Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
Flexible work schedule, including after school, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Stock and display products with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.
Monitor code dates and product quality to ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
Prepare ready-to-eat produce products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
Receive product and unload freight, ensuring produce is correctly stored.
Maintain a clean and organized department.
Support and follow Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
