Requirements
- Currently a CEGEP or university student in administration or a related field
- Available to work 14-15 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and curiosity
- Can effectively manage stress in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Recognized for a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing, while carrying out administrative tasks, with English-speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada on a daily basis
- Excellent French communication skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Preparing files to be sent to clients
- Reviewing files to ensure compliance
- Following up with clients by email to obtain missing information when required
- Entering client information into the system
- Processing simple financial transactions in the system
- Performing various administrative tasks as needed
