Requirements
- Associate's degree and two (2) years related experience.
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization & recordkeeping.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist in determining and administering disciplinary action for students who have violated rules and regulations. Maintain confidentially regarding negative incidents and student records.
- Coordinate and monitor review boards as needed, assist with peer intervention records.
- Counsel students when their behavior on or off-center is not appropriate.
- Coordinate student personnel programs with other center staff and maintain documentation of records and reports on activities using CIS, as well as other systems of documentation.
- Serve as student personnel officer in the officer's absence.
