ECU Department of Student Affairs is currently seeking a Student Office Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to the department. The student employee will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, assist with filing and organizing records, maintain electronic and paper files, prepare documents, and support departmental projects as assigned. Additional responsibilities include data entry, monitoring office supplies, assisting with special events, and performing other related duties to ensure efficient office operations.
