About The Position

The Student Nursing Assistant receives on-the-job training as a Certified Nursing Assistant and, after completing the training, works as a CNA. The role provides specific supportive nursing services and patient care, and assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. After training, the department assignment will be determined, with opportunities in Emergency Services and the Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, with various shift options.

Requirements

Be a high school graduate, actively enrolled in high school, or working to achieve a GED.

Responsibilities

Complete on-the-job training as a Certified Nursing Assistant and work as a CNA after training.
