About The Position

We are seeking qualified student nurse candidates to attend our Hiring Event on April 8, 2026, from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. We will be interviewing for multiple departments, including Medical Cardiac, Orthopedics, PCU, and ER. Food and drinks will be provided! How it works: If you are interested in participating, please apply and submit an updated resume. Once your application is recieved, our HR team will contact you to complete an applicant screening form, which must be completed and returned to HR. Once HR receives your resume and screening form, you will be sent a link to select an interview time slot with our clinical department leaders. Interviews will last 10 to 15 minutes. You may meet with more than one department depending on your background. Business casual or professional attire is recommended. Walk‑ins are welcome; however, registered attendees will receive priority on the day of the event. Requirements

  • Completed the first semester/quarter at an accredited Nursing school (ASN or BSN program).
  • Concurrent enrollment in a RN Nursing program or a graduate waiting initial NCLEX.
  • Prior CNA experience preferred. Proven work history of excellent customer service skills required.
  • None.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Recommendation from a School of Nursing Instructor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing the concepts and foundation of Patient Centered Care, assists the unit with providing safe, competent basic nursing care for patients in accordance with approved, demonstrated competencies and facility policies/procedures/unit standards under the direction of an RN.
  • Provides support to the healthcare team.
  • Always demonstrates Service Excellence standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
