About The Position

We are seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistant candidates to attend our Hiring Event on April 8, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. We will be interviewing for multiple departments, including Medical Cardiac, Orthopedics, Women’s Center, Radiology, Cath Lab, ER, ICU, PCU, and Float Pool. Food and drinks will be provided! How it works: If you are interested in participating, please apply and submit an updated resume. Once your application is recieved, our HR team will contact you to complete an applicant screening form, which must be completed and returned to HR. Once HR receives your resume and screening form, you will be sent a link to select an interview time slot with our clinical department leaders. Interviews will last 10 to 15 minutes. You may meet with more than one department depending on your background. Business casual or professional attire is recommended. Walk‑ins are welcome; however, registered attendees will receive priority on the day of the event. Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.
  • CNA Certification required.
  • For Emergency Room, CPI required within 6 months.
  • Demonstrated track record for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as Unit Secretary/ Nursing Assistant, Medic or EMT/Paramedic, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility for facilitating and enhancing the delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN.
  • Duties include patient care, activities of daily living, and general support duties as assigned to include but not limited to clerical, stocking, courier, and transport.
  • Always demonstrates Service Excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
