About The Position

We are seeking qualified New Grad RN candidates to attend our Hiring Event on April 8, 2026, from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. We will be interviewing for multiple departments, including Medical Cardiac, Orthopedics, PCU, and ER. Food and drinks will be provided! How it works: If you are interested in participating, please apply and submit an updated resume. Once your application is recieved, our HR team will contact you to complete an applicant screening form, which must be completed and returned to HR. Once HR receives your resume and screening form, you will be sent a link to select an interview time slot with our clinical department leaders. Interviews will last 10 to 15 minutes. You may meet with more than one department depending on your background. Business casual or professional attire is recommended. Walk‑ins are welcome; however, registered attendees will receive priority on the day of the event. Requirements

  • New Grad RN's
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Exceptions subject to management discretion.
  • Experience: Prefer one year full-time or three years part- time experience in acute care setting.
  • Licensure: Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
  • Certification: Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.
  • Computer: Basic computer skills
  • Other: Additional certifications required at start date or intrafacility transfer (unless otherwise stated): • All Nursing Units/Depts (except Newborn Nursery) – ACLS (New graduate RNs within 90 days of start date or completion of orientation, whichever comes first) • ICU/PCU – NIH (New graduate RN’s within 90 days of start date or prior to completion of orientation, whichever comes first) • ER- NIH, PALS and Crisis Intervention/De-escalation training within 90 days or prior to completion of orientation, whichever comes first • FED – NIH, PALS and Crisis Intervention/De-escalation training within 90 days or prior to completion of orientation, whichever comes first. TNCC and NRP upon hire or within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

  • Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
  • Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
  • The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
  • Delegates appropriate tasks to appropriate members of the patient care team.
  • Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
