Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One semester of Nursing Fundamentals and one semester of Nursing Clinical for a total of 2 Clinical Semesters.
- Certification as a CNA on file with the State of Maryland.
- BLS CPR
Responsibilities
- Participates as a member of the nursing team in the delivery of quality patient care.
- Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs selected delegated patient care procedures.
- Observes patient condition and reports and records information.
- Assists health care team with specific treatments and/or procedures in an acute or intermediate care facility.
