Requirements
- Must have completed the first semester and be currently enrolled in an accredited BSN RN program, or completed the equivalent time and be enrolled in a currently accredited ADN program.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Nice To Haves
- Preference will be given to prior work experience in a comparable health care setting
Responsibilities
- The Student Nurse Tech (SNT) provides direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
