About The Position
The position’s initial area of focus will be working closely with the Assistant Student Life Director to provide supervision in our before and after school programs and is fully supportive of the Schools’ mission, standards and policies. The position is at the Pre K - 8th Campus (6250 N. Sheridan Rd).
Requirements
- Federal Work Study Award required
- Be highly motivated, ethical and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience engaging with students in an educational environment, a plus
- Experience with remote learning, a plus
Responsibilities
- Engaging students in activities in person and/or remotely
- Supervising students
- Creating, planning, and implementing creative activities
- Engaging in homework review
- Supervising playground play
- Tutoring when applicable
- Fulfilling other responsibilities as assigned
