As a valued member of the Student Culture and Affairs team, the Student Leadership Coordinator and Instructional Faculty member at Valor Christian High School will oversee and coordinate the school’s Student Leadership Program, guiding Valor’s student leaders in championing school culture through the advancement and implementation of fun, creative, community-building events. The Student Leadership Coordinator and Instructional Faculty will teach two sections of the Student Leadership course, providing classroom instruction that shepherds students in leadership development through a comprehensive curriculum encompassing the practical application of basic leadership concepts and theory. Practical application is achieved through the planning, development, and execution of exceptional student events and activities by Student Leadership students, with this role providing guidance throughout the process. This position is required to work in the evenings and on weekends to fulfill appropriate supervision and direction of student leaders and school events.
