Responsibilities

• Support innovation through product design, development, testing, prototyping, research, and continuous improvement projects in Engineering & Product Development.
• Contribute to content creation, digital marketing, social media, brand initiatives, video production, storytelling, and customer engagement efforts in Marketing & Communications.
• Gain experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and workplace culture initiatives in Human Resources.
• Learn how financial processes support business growth through reporting, analysis, budgeting, and accounting activities in Finance & Accounting.
• Support manufacturing, planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, quality, and operational improvement initiatives in Production & Supply Chain.
