As a Summer Business Operations Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity. This is a full-time program running from June 16 through August 7th, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, International Business Studies, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Work within our Shared Services Studio as a fully collaborative member of the team, participating in all aspects of the operations business such as HR, IT, Marketing and Executive Communications.
  • Receive hands-on learning and collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to gain real-world experience working within an architecture practice.
  • Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm through educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, project tours and vendor presentations.

Benefits

  • Paid internship at the rate of $26 - $28.50 per hour
