About The Position

Under close supervision, performs basic design tasks by applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to assigned tasks. Works closely with project team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules. Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices. Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in civic/structural engineering or other related degree program.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship with an engineering or architectural design firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs elementary structural engineering assignments and works from designs of others.
• Develops, modifies and/or reviews drawings.
• Organizes and maintains documents for specific projects.
• Works closely with project team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules.
• Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
• Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.
