About The Position

Legends Global is seeking energetic, responsible graduate and/or undergraduate interns to join their team in the Marketing and Production Technology departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities, learning the daily operations of the business. Requirements

• Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a full-time graduate or undergraduate student.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task and work with the public.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Must be a high-energy team player.
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism.

Nice To Haves

• Competency with hand tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete department projects as assigned by the department head.
• Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks.
• Support departments for event preparation.
• Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
