About The Position

The Intern located in Lafayettem La is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within the oil and gas technology industry. This person discovers Schlumberger's role in the industry and the lifestyle associated with the job.
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Planning Intern to join our operations team. In this hybrid desk-and-floor role, you will bridge the gap between digital planning systems and physical warehouse/shop operations. You will support daily logistics workflows—such as creating transportation requests and processing material transfers—while spending active time in the shop locating tooling, recording physical dimensions, and verifying inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 40+hrs per week in person at the Lafayette, La base.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship.
• SAP knowledge is strong preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Hands on comfort.
