Job Title: Student Intern – Food Service
Location: Martin & Bayley, Inc. (Huck’s Market) – Corporate Office
Department: Various Departments (Operations, Marketing, Food Service, HR, etc.)
Reports To: Assigned Department Supervisor

Job Purpose:
The Student Intern provides general administrative and project support to multiple departments within the Martin & Bayley Corporate Office. This role is designed to give students hands-on experience in a professional business environment while contributing to daily operations and special projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a technical program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assist with the preparation and assembly of materials such as store sign kits and promotional kits
• Support kitting and distribution of items for store locations
• Provide project support to various departments (Operations, Marketing, Food Service, HR, etc.)
• Help organize supplies and maintain inventory for office and project materials
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned
