Construction Services - Student Intern (Melville)
About The Position
H2M architects + engineers, a multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm with multiple offices in NY & NJ seeks qualified interns to work closely with experienced professionals in our Construction Services department. The intern will be responsible for coordinating, assisting, and communicating with the team to successfully execute on-site tasks required to complete a successful project. The role also involves promoting job-site safety, encouraging safe work practices, rectifying job site hazards immediately, assisting with the execution of site-specific tasks as assigned, and providing general administrative and project support. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a sophomore or higher in construction, construction management, engineering or related field.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and for multiple projects.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities

- Assist with the execution of site-specific tasks as assigned.
- Provide general administrative and project support.
