Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree program in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited college or university
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Sophomore standing or higher is preferred
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or related engineering software preferred

Responsibilities

Assist engineering staff with project planning, design, and technical documentation
Support the preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications
Perform data collection, research, and analysis for engineering projects
Participate in field inspections and site visits
Assist with construction administration and project management activities
Review plans and project documents for accuracy and completeness
Utilize engineering and drafting software under supervision
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Perform other duties as assigned to support project and operational needs
