This role involves supporting the service department by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing lift trucks, performing planned maintenance, processing paperwork, and participating in training activities. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working toward a technical degree.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
• Participate in training activities.
