BULLITT Student Brand Ambassador
About The Position
BULLITT is launching a plant-based bar made with 40 whole roasted coffee beans and 80mg of caffeine. Student Brand Ambassadors will help build awareness and sales for the brand from launch, working on and around campus and promoting BULLITT through their social media accounts. The role offers hourly pay, sales commission, and a termly bonus for the top-performing ambassador. Free bars, sampling stock, BULLITT kit, training, commercial experience, and a reference from the founder are also offered. Ambassadors should be outgoing, reliable, comfortable speaking with new people and appearing on camera, and active on social media. A large following is not required. The role is intended to fit around university studies and involves a few hours per week. Posts promoting BULLITT must be labelled #ad. Full training is provided before starting. Successful applicants will be employed directly by Coldharbour Foods/BULLITT. Applicants must ensure they comply with any applicable weekly work-hour restrictions, including restrictions associated with limited-hour visas.
Requirements
- Be outgoing, reliable, and happy to speak with people they do not know.
- Be active on social media and comfortable appearing in front of a camera.
- Be organised enough to fit a few hours of work per week around university studies.
- If subject to a limited-hour visa, ensure work does not exceed the applicable weekly work-hour restriction.
Responsibilities
- Run product sampling sessions on and around campus.
- Create and publish approximately two BULLITT-related social media posts per week on Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Promote website sales using a personal discount code and drive orders through that code.
- Identify promotional opportunities with societies, sports clubs, events, campus shops, and cafés.
- Share student feedback to help shape the brand.
- Label BULLITT promotional posts as advertising using #ad.
