Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License for campus errands
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Federal Work Study Award for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting staff, and senior IFAS leadership
- Errands on campus via state vehicle
- Performing clerical duties that support departmental operations
- Maintaining discretion and confidential information
