Responsibilities

  • Providing front-line customer service and reception coverage, managing visitor check-ins, answering front-desk phone lines, and responding to and managing departmental inboxes.
  • Assisting with calendar/resource reservations, updating organizational materials and maintaining SharePoint, and supporting events like New Employee Orientation, Leadership Roundtables, and workshops.
  • Use Smartsheet to track employee recognition, retirement requests, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Assist staff departments with translations, with strong emphasis for fluent and Native French communications.
  • Drive University vehicles.
  • Maintain acceptable driver rating as established in Policy: UTS157 Section 2.5.4.
