About The Position

The assistant will support the cross country program and mid and long distance athletes in track and field with practice and meet operations, including practice setup, assisting athletes with implementation of training plans, timing, warm-ups, and coordinating team logistics during competitions. They will also assist with recruiting efforts, including outreach to prospective student-athletes, identifying and screening potential recruits for follow-up with the head coach, and other general administrative and program support duties as needed.
