The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is designed for graduate students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision while earning unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children
  • Passion for applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision
  • Earn unrestricted supervision hours toward BCBA certification
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Administer skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
  • Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Implement skill acquisition programs
  • Provide supervision and parent training
  • Receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative team environment
