About The Position

Healing Haven is seeking individuals enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master’s program in ABA (or a related field) to join our Compass Program. This is a structured, full-time fieldwork practicum designed to prepare students for the BCBA role by providing exposure to various restricted and unrestricted experiences within a professional clinic setting.

Requirements

Enrollment in an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field.
Full-time availability within a structured clinical schedule.
Strong communication, reliability, and a clean employment record.
Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision (Restricted Hours).
Participate in supervised clinical and administrative support activities to satisfy BACB requirements (Unrestricted Hours).
Rotate through various clinical and support roles as dictated by training progression and clinic needs.
Engage in weekly individual and group supervision to review goals and performance feedback.
